At Arighi Bianchi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care department via email or phone within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate your return request.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging; for furniture items, please ensure they are disassembled if they arrived that way.

  Arrange Collection

  For large furniture pieces, our specialist delivery team will coordinate a convenient time to collect the item from your home for a nominal fee.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once the item is inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 working days.
